3. Add 45ml yogurt and mix well

4. Sift in 120g low-gluten flour and mix well

6. Add a few drops of white vinegar to the egg white and beat it with a whisk until it looks like the picture below. Add 40g of white sugar.

7. Beat the egg white thoroughly until it becomes hard and will not fall off when turned upside down.

8. Add the meringue into the egg yolk paste twice and stir evenly. Use the cooking method, do not stir in circles.

9. Apply oil to the inner wall of the rice cooker and press the cooking button to preheat. After switching to keep warm, pour the stirred egg yolk paste into the pot and sprinkle with raisins evenly. Simmer for 20 minutes, then press the cooking button to simmer for 40 minutes.

10. Turn the rice cooker upside down, pour out the cake, let it cool, and then cut it and eat it.
