5. Add appropriate amount of water to matcha powder, red yeast rice powder and cocoa powder, and mix into a paste. Don't make it too thin.

6. Divide the dough into 4 portions

7. Add 3 parts of color powder and 1 part of original flavor

8. Ferment until it is twice as large and then gently exhaust the air

9. Roll into 4 thick noodles like braids

10. After braiding, pinch the two ends tightly and put them into the toast mold and wait for the second roll.

11. I didn't take a photo until the lid was sticky. My oven was set to 150 degrees Celsius for top and 120 degrees Celsius for 35 minutes.
