How to make chive cheese toast

I believe that many people in life like the dish of chive cheese toast. The steps in the cooking process seem simple, but every detail should be taken seriously. You can add fresh orange peel, appropriate amount of brown sugar, and ginger. It is also a recipe that can relieve diseases. Friends can try it in the kitchen themselves!

1. First, make bread with medium seed. Put 120g high flour, 110g water and 4g yeast into the bread bucket and mix well.

2. Start the fermentation process and ferment until it is 2.5 times larger

3. Add a little 130g high flour, egg liquid, sugar, salt, and cheese slices, and start kneading the dough.

4. After mixing evenly, add the softened butter at room temperature and continue kneading the dough

5. Knead the dough until it is smooth and add chopped green onions and continue kneading.

6. End the dough kneading process

7. Put it in the bread bucket and start the fermentation process to ferment until it is 2.5 times larger.

8. Take out the fermented dough, press it with your palm to release the air, knead it into a ball and let it stand for 20 minutes.

9. Divide into 3 even portions

10. Roll each portion into large round slices

11. Roll it up

13. Pinch the ends of three noodles together

14. Braid your hair

15. Gather the two ends of the braid at the bottom and put them in a toast box for fermentation.

16. Ferment until 90% full, brush the surface with egg liquid

17. Put it in the preheated oven and bake at 180 degrees for 40 minutes, then take it out and let it cool.
