How to make cocoa yogurt chiffon cake

1. Separate the egg white and yolk and beat the egg yolk

2. Add corn oil, yogurt and cocoa powder and beat evenly. Add baking powder to low-gluten flour and mix evenly. Sift into egg yolk mixture and mix well into egg yolk paste.

3. Add sugar to egg whites three times and beat until the egg beater is lifted and the sharp corners stand up.

4. Take one-third of the meringue and add it to the egg yolk mixture, mix well. Do not stir clockwise. Pour it back into the egg whites and mix well in the same way.

5. Pour into a baking tray, press down the air bubbles and bake at 160 degrees for 20 minutes.
