You can scoop some water from the pot to stir the remaining gelatin paste in the cup, and pour it back into the pot to avoid waste.

7. When the gelatin in the pot is melted, pour in the lemon juice. Do not cook for too long. Stir well for about 10 seconds and then turn off the heat.

8. If the cup is not resistant to high temperatures, leave it for 5 minutes after cooking until the temperature drops to a level slightly higher than your body temperature.

9. Pour into the cup with prepared coconut flakes and divide into 3 even portions.

10. Before storing in the refrigerator, gently tap the cup vertically on the table to break the bubbles on the surface, making it look better.

11. Refrigerate for about 3-4 hours. If you are impatient, tilt the cup. If there is no liquid when it tilts, it means it is frozen.

12. You can start eating it. It’s very chewy and soft!

13. Don’t waste the remains of the lemon you just squeezed. Make a pot of water with it and put it in the refrigerator. Drinking more lemon water is good for your health!
