1. Prepare and measure all ingredients

3. Put milk, whipping cream, sugar and flour into the bowl in turn and heat slightly and stir evenly.

4. Then add egg yolk and mix well

6. Pour the mixture into the tart crust, but don’t fill it too full; 70% to 80% full is fine! Preheat the oven to about 220 degrees, depending on the temperature of your oven.

7. Heat at 0 degrees for 20 minutes. Observe the color of the egg liquid in the middle. If you like it browned, heat it for a while longer.
