The method of making red bean paste pie is simple. If you don’t want to eat too much seasoning, you might as well learn to make it at home.

1. Mix the prepared main ingredients (except the red bean paste), add appropriate amount of warm water, knead into a smooth dough, and set aside to rise for one and a half hours.

2. Divide the fermented dough into several small doughs of equal size, and then use a rolling pin to roll the small dough into 0.5 cm thick pancakes.

3. Cut the prepared pancake into vertical strips, put in the red bean paste, and then fold it in half.

4. Use a fork to press the openings around the dough.

5. Put oil in the pan, turn to low heat when the oil temperature is 70% to 80% hot, put it in the pan and fry it. Pay attention to turning it frequently to avoid it from getting browned. When both sides are evenly colored, you can remove it from the pan.
