How to make marine yogurt mousse

3. Heat the butter in the microwave for 30 seconds and mix it with the digestive biscuits.

4. Pour into the mold, press evenly with the back of a spoon, and refrigerate for later use.

5. Add sugar to cream cheese and soften it in hot water, then beat until smooth

6. Pour in yogurt and beat until smooth

7. Add appropriate amount of lemon juice and mix well (omit this part if there is no lemon juice)

8. Add gelatin powder to milk and stir evenly, then stir in hot water until there are no particles. Let it cool and set aside.

9. After cooling, pour into the cheese paste and mix well

10. Whip the cream until it is 60% thick, similar to thick yogurt

11. Mix well with cheese paste, pour into mold, shake a few times to eliminate bubbles, and put in refrigerator for more than 4 hours (preferably overnight)

12. After one night, demould the cup, place it under the movable bottom mold, and blow the mold around with a hair dryer.

13. After the mold is loosened, gently pull it down. The demolding is half successful. Then use the back of a kitchen knife to gently insert it along the bottom mold. When the bottom mold is loosened, use the kitchen knife to move the entire cake to a plate or cardboard, and then slowly pull out the kitchen knife to successfully demold.

14. Add fruit powder and Sprite, mix well, then add gelatin powder and mix well. Stir over hot water until there are no particles. Refrigerate for one to two hours.

16. Soften the white chocolate into liquid by heating it in water

17. Pour into the mold, smooth the surface, and refrigerate for one to two hours.

18. After the cake is demoulded, refrigerate it for later use. Remove the deep sea jelly, shallow sea jelly and chocolate shells from the mold and refrigerate them for later use. Crush digestive biscuits into powder and set aside.

19. Place the border around the cake as shown in the picture. First put the deep sea jelly on the top, then the shallow sea jelly in the middle, and stack a few pieces on the deep sea jelly. Sprinkle digestive biscuits at the bottom, sprinkle coconut powder on the junction of digestive biscuits and shallow sea to reflect the waves, and finally put shell chocolate on it. The beautiful ocean yogurt mousse is ready.
