1. Crush the cookies

10. Soak 5 grams of gelatin powder in 20 grams of water, stir with warm water, add 50 grams of mango puree and red yeast rice powder and mix well.

11. Take the mold out of the refrigerator, slowly pour the red yeast rice and mango liquid into it and put it back into the refrigerator for about four hours.

12. When demoulding, blow around with a hair dryer and it will be demoulded smoothly
