How to make mango cherry blossom mousse

Chinese people have always been particular about food. How well one eats is often linked to a person's living standard. We should not deal with three meals a day casually. Some people may find it troublesome and too lazy to cook for themselves. In fact, mango sakura mousse is easy to make. It only takes a little time to complete. You might as well give it a try.

1. Prepare the ingredients. For the bottom layer: grind the digestive biscuits (you can also use a food processor to crush them) and melt the butter in a water bath. Mix the two evenly, then pour into a mold and press it flat with a spoon. Refrigerate until the butter and biscuits are blended together.

2. Second layer: Mousse layer: Use a blender to crush the mango into mango jam and set aside. Cut the gelatin sheets into small pieces and melt them in cold water. Mix the mango jam and gelatin sheets evenly. Take 200 grams of light cream, add 20 grams of fine sugar, and beat with a whisk until it reaches 6-7 layers. Lift the whisk until the cream flows out with lines. Then mix the two together.

3. Mix the mango jam and whipped cream, take out the bottom layer from the refrigerator, pour the mixed cream and mango jam into the mold, and add appropriate amount of mango particles. Refrigerate

4. Mirror effect: Take 150 ml of bottled Sprite, cover the lid and shake vigorously to release the gas, repeat several times until the gas is exhausted, cut the prepared gelatin into small pieces, add a small amount of cold water to dissolve it, then mix the sugar, Sprite, and melted gelatin, take out the solidified mousse layer, slowly pour the mixture of the three, then add the previously soaked cherry blossoms, arrange them into your favorite shape, and put them in the refrigerator again for about 3 hours.

5. Demolding: After everything is solidified, take it out and blow the mousse ring with air. It is perfect because the edges have been preheated and melted a little. Put it in the refrigerator again and refrigerate for a while before eating.

6. Look at the side, each layer is very distinct and delicate, and the taste is pretty good. Pack it up and share it with your friends.

The taste of mango sakura mousse gives a shock to the taste buds at the first bite, making people unable to resist taking a second bite. This is the unique charm of this dish.
