How to cook white radish and duck

The most easily overlooked thing in cooking is the heat. When making the dish of braised duck with white radish, the heat is very important. Preparing a delicious dish like this will also impress your guests.

1. Prepare the materials.

2. Wash the duck meat and blanch it.

3. Cut the duck meat into pieces and marinate with oil, salt, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, cornstarch and cooking wine for 20 minutes. Dice the white radish, smash the garlic and chop the green onion.

4. Heat the pan with cold oil, add garlic and sauté until fragrant.

5. Pour in the duck meat and stir-fry for 5 minutes.

6. Add white radish and continue stir-frying for 5 minutes.

7. Pour in the water used to cook the noodles, add appropriate amount of light soy sauce, bring to a boil over high heat, and simmer over low heat for 25 minutes.

8. After 5 minutes, turn on high heat and cook until the sauce thickens.

9. Serve, sprinkle with chopped green onions, and enjoy!
