Russian Tiramisu recipe

Russian Tiramisu recipe

Are you always excited when you see exquisite dishes? Unfortunately, I am not good at making food, and time permits. The Russian tiramisu is simple to make and can solve your troubles. The production method is not difficult, but it allows you to enjoy the fun of food and the experience brought by the taste.

1. Mix 100g white sugar, 70g butter and two tablespoons of honey and heat until all melted.

2. After melting, let it cool for a while, then add baking soda and stir. Add two eggs and continue beating until the mixture is not very hot.

3. Sift the flour and cocoa powder, add them to the butter mixture, stir into dough, divide into 8-9 portions, and refrigerate for 1 hour.

4. Take out the refrigerated dough and roll it into pancakes (it is best to add some corn oil on the rolling pin when rolling to prevent them from sticking together). Place the bottom of an 8-inch cake mold on the pancakes and draw a circle with a toothpick. Do not remove the excess edges and put them in the oven to bake together. I lined the baking tray with greaseproof paper.

5. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees for 8 minutes, then bake one by one. Keep an eye on the temperature as each oven is different to prevent them from being burnt. Remove the pancakes from the oven while they are hot. If they are cold, they will stick together.

6. Now put the baked pancakes aside and crush the excess dough outside the round pancakes for later use. Start beating the filling. After 150g butter and 250g cheese are softened at room temperature, add 20g white sugar in three times and beat. I don’t need to explain how to beat it, everyone knows how to do it.

7. Put a layer of pancakes first, spread a layer of whipped butter and cheese on them, sprinkle some pancake crumbs, and continue with the next layer and so on. After all the pancakes are spread with butter, spread the sides as well, then sprinkle the pancake crumbs with butter and cheese without leaving any residue, and then put them in the refrigerator to freeze for a while, preferably 12 hours, and then it's OK!

Life is nothing more than food, clothing, housing and transportation, and food occupies a large part of it. The Russian tiramisu is simple to make, giving us another choice in "eating".
