How to make reverse roll sushi

In a busy life, it is a great happiness to be able to have a delicious meal when you return home. If you don’t have much time to prepare dinner, you can choose simple ingredients, stir-fry them briefly and they are ready to serve. Making rolled sushi is that simple.

1. Prepare your stuff

2. Wash and put the rice in a bowl, let it cool, add vinegar, mix the ingredients and cut them for later use

3. Stir-fried shrimp assortment

4. Use a bamboo mat to roll up a normal sushi roll

5. Take out another bamboo mat and wrap it with plastic wrap (cover both sides). Spread an appropriate amount of rice on the bamboo mat with plastic wrap, align the normal sushi with the edge of the rice, roll it up and press it tightly.

6. Depending on your taste, you can spread salad dressing on the entire roll of sushi before cutting it. Thinly slice the mango, cut it into long and thin slices and cover it on the salad dressing. Wrap it with a layer of plastic wrap (do not press it), cut it into pieces with a sushi knife, remove the plastic wrap, and place it on a plate.

7. Add appropriate amount of caviar according to personal taste ~ No need to wrap with plastic wrap ~

8. For heart-shaped sushi, use half of the nori. Place the ingredients in the middle of the nori rice and hold it tightly. Reverse it in the same way as above and sprinkle with fish powder at the end.

9. Gunkan sushi is super simple. I use a mold, put the rice directly in, press it tightly, remove it from the mold, wrap it with a single strip of seaweed, and put on assorted vegetables. I mix the assorted vegetables with ketchup or salad dressing.
