Foods suitable for people with autism

Radishes and radishes have high nutritional value and are rich in carbohydrates and multiple vitamins. The content of vitamin C is 8 to 10 times higher than that of pears. Radish does not contain oxalic acid, so it will not combine with calcium in food and is more conducive to calcium absorption, which is very beneficial for patients with autism.

Green vegetables, clear away heat and relieve restlessness, promote qi and remove blood stasis, reduce swelling and disperse nodules, and benefit the gastrointestinal tract. It is mainly used to treat lung heat cough, body heat, thirst, chest tightness, irritability, poor appetite, constipation, abdominal distension and other symptoms. It is very beneficial for autistic patients.

Potatoes and dietary fiber are the tough wall layer of plant cells. After being eaten by the human body, they are not absorbed and do not provide calories. However, due to their indispensable role in metabolism, they are listed as the "7th category of nutrient" after carbohydrates, proteins, fats, water, minerals and vitamins.

Apples, the pectin and tannic acid in them have astringent effects, which can excrete toxins and waste accumulated in the intestines. The crude fiber in it can soften the stool and facilitate excretion; the organic acid can stimulate the intestinal wall and increase peristalsis; and the vitamin C can more effectively protect the cardiovascular system.

Walnut: Walnut can improve sleep quality and is often used to treat symptoms such as neurasthenia, insomnia, forgetfulness, and nightmares. The specific way to eat it is to mix it with black sesame seeds, mash it into a paste, and take 15 grams before going to bed. The effect is very obvious.

Sunflower seeds: Sunflower seeds contain a variety of amino acids and vitamin B3, which can improve the inhibitory function of brain cells and have a calming and soothing effect. Eating a handful of sunflower seeds after every dinner has a hypnotic effect.

Jujube: Jujube is rich in nutrients such as protein, vitamin C, calcium, phosphorus, iron, etc. It can nourish the spleen and calm the mind, and treat boredom and insomnia. Take 20 to 30 dates every night and take them before going to bed.
