1. Steam the rice, or you can use the leftovers. 30 minutes will be enough. Beat two eggs and put them in a small bowl, add boiled water (one third of the egg liquid), stir well, put it in a steamer and steam it with rice. After steaming, add salt, appropriate amount of MSG, two drops of soy sauce, appropriate amount of vinegar, use a spoon to make a square, and then mix well.

2. Use a spoon to scoop some rice into a bowl (as much as you want), add an appropriate amount of sushi vinegar and mix well.

3. Prepare a bamboo mat, place the seaweed in the middle of the mat, and fry the omelet in another pan.

4. Put appropriate amount of rice on the seaweed. Just make sure the thickness is even. Then add your favorite ingredients, ham, carrots, fried egg pancakes cut into long strips, kimchi, meat floss, seasoned radish, and you can also squeeze in some ketchup.

5. After placing the materials, roll them up and leave them for 1 minute (use this minute to make another one).

6. Then take it out and cut it into equal parts (the knife must be dipped in water).

7. After cutting, squeeze salad or ketchup on it and enjoy it.
