How to make pork crispy cake (fresh meat mooncake)

1. Knead the dough. It goes without saying that you need to add some salt and sugar. The dough on the left is made of oil and flour. Lard is the best choice. Also, you can use more water because the oil is wrapped inside.

2. Let the dough rest and make the filling. It is better to use leaner pork to avoid being too greasy. 10. Wrap it with the opening facing downwards. I couldn't wrap the opening anyway because it was full of oil. It was non-stick. But after baking, there was no leakage, so it didn't matter.

11. In the oven, set at 150 degrees Celsius for at least one hour. Keep the temperature as low as possible and the time as long as possible.
