4. Cut into small pieces and steam in cold water.

5. Let it cool

7. Add glutinous rice flour and appropriate amount of white sugar (if you don’t like it too sweet, you can leave it out, because the red bean paste filling will also be sweet).

8. Knead into dough.

9. Prepare the red bean paste

10. Roll into balls the size of egg yolks and set aside.

11. Take a piece of dough, shape it into a ball, and then flatten it.

12. Put the red bean paste filling in and wrap it up.

13. Turn it upside down like a steamed bun.

14. Use a toothpick to make a mark.

15. Insert wolfberry as stem

16. After wrapping everything, place them on a plate brushed with oil, put them in a pot with cold water, start timing after the water boils, and steam for 20 minutes.

17. Let it simmer for two or three minutes, open the heat, and take it out after it cools down.
