1. Knead all the ingredients (except butter) into dough. Add butter after 15 minutes. Knead the dough until fascia appears and then carry out basic fermentation. When it has fermented to twice its size, divide it into 8 portions, roll it into balls and let it rest for 15 minutes.

2. Sprinkle hand flour on the chopping board, flatten the relaxed dough and roll it into a round shape.
