Ingredients: 250g peanut kernels (raw), 110g black sesame seeds

Seasoning: 20g salad oil, 45g white sugar, 30g milk, 3g starch (pea)

Method 1

1. Put salad oil on a plate and fry the peanuts over high heat for 4 minutes. When the peanuts turn golden brown, take them out and let them cool. Peel them and set aside.

2. Crush the black sesame seeds in a blender, put them into a pot, add hot water, sugar, and milk, cover, and cook over high heat for 8 minutes. Take out and add wet starch (3 grams of starch plus water), mix well, cover, and cook over high heat for another 2 minutes. Sprinkle with peanut kernels.
