2. Soak the raw oxtail in clean water for 4 hours to remove the blood, changing the water 3 to 5 times during this period

3Put the oxtail into the pot, add enough water and ginger slices

4 Pour 2 tablespoons of cooking wine

5 Bring to a boil over high heat and skim off the foam

6 Pour the skimmed oxtail and soup into the pressure cooker

7 Cover the lid and bring to a boil over high heat, then simmer over low heat for 30 minutes and turn off the heat

8 Peel the yam and carrot and cut into dices

9. After the pressure cooker can be opened normally, add yam and carrot cubes and cook on low heat for 30 minutes. 10. Add appropriate amount of salt and pepper to taste

1. Soak the oxtail in clean water to remove the mutton smell. Don't forget to change the water in the middle.

2. Because the oxtail needs to be stewed for a long time, I used a pressure cooker for convenience. If you don’t like using a pressure cooker, you can also use a casserole to make the soup, but it will take 3-4 hours to make.
