Western-style baked spaghetti squash recipe

Western-style baked spaghetti squash is very healthy and affordable. If you make it yourself, the ingredients don’t need to be too complicated, and you can cook a dish with a strong homely taste. 1. Use a knife to cut the pumpkin in half.

2. Take out the melon seeds. No need to peel the melon.

3. Wash the melon and wipe dry.

4. Cut the butter into small pieces and place them evenly on the melon. Place the brown sugar in the center of the melon on both sides and sprinkle a little salt before putting it in the oven.

8. Use a spoon to scrape the melon on both sides until all the melon flesh is shredded and then serve on a plate for decoration.

9. As for the presentation of the dish, it is a matter of personal preference. I used a rectangular pot. Cut the cherry tomatoes into pieces to make fruit flowers. Begin by arranging the kale greens on the bottom of the dish and topped with the holy fruit. Place pumpkin shreds in the center of the plate followed by asparagus and cherry tomatoes. A plate of vegetable noodles is ready.
