1. Sift the flour and put it into a bowl.

9. At this point, the dough has risen and can be divided into four large portions.

11. Spread the vegetable filling evenly on the pancake. Make sure there is enough flour under the pancake, otherwise it will stick.

Our goal is to force them out, because we don't add oil, we want to use the oil in the vegetable stuffing. Press the dough until it is as big as the pan, press it evenly, and the pancake will taste better if it is of equal thickness.

17. Close the lid, turn on the switch of the upper layer, and heat the upper and lower layers together for 7 minutes. The picture shows it halfway heated, how does it look? The fresh and refreshing fried dough sticks have started to grow, right?
