What foods should not be eaten for epididymitis

1. Eat more vegetables and fruits rich in fiber, such as bananas, sweet potatoes, celery, etc. to keep bowel movements smooth.

2. Red bean or mung bean soup has the effect of clearing away heat, promoting dampness and detoxifying. Drinking it regularly helps in the recovery of this disease.

3. Eat more fresh vegetables and fruits, and increase the intake of vitamin C and other ingredients to improve the body's anti-inflammatory ability.

2. What foods should you avoid if you have epididymitis?

1. Avoid spicy and irritating foods. For example: onions, peppers, chili peppers, Sichuan peppercorns, mustard greens, and fennel.

3. Avoid eating raw or cold food.

Take 2 doses a day.

2. Houttuynia cordata mixed with radish: appropriate amounts of houttuynia cordata, radish and seasonings. Wash and cut Houttuynia cordata and radish into sections; wash and cut ginger into shreds; wash and cut garlic into dices; wash and cut scallion into dices. Put Houttuynia cordata and radish in a plate, add appropriate amounts of shredded ginger, garlic, sesame oil, vinegar, soy sauce and chicken essence and mix well. Take 2 doses daily.

3. Chrysanthemum and eggplant soup: 40g chrysanthemum, appropriate amount of eggplant and seasonings. Boil chrysanthemum with water for about 30 minutes, remove the residue and take the juice. Wash the eggplant, cut it into oblique slices, put it into the heated vegetable oil pan and stir-fry until it is almost cooked, then add onion, ginger, starch and chrysanthemum juice, stir-fry for a while, and add some sesame oil. Take one dose per day.
