How to make Omelette Fried Rice

Each of us should learn to love ourselves. The first thing to do to love ourselves is to eat well. Only when the diet is healthy can the health of the body be guaranteed. The method of making omelet fried rice is very simple. If you really want to cook by yourself but are not confident in your cooking skills, you might as well try this dish.

1. Prepare the ingredients as shown in the picture

2. Beat the eggs first and set aside

3. Cut the carrots into strips first, then chop them into small pieces. The smaller the better.

4. Wash the wok, heat it up, add a proper amount of cooking oil and heat it to 70% hot, then add the chopped carrots and fry until cooked.

5. Pour in the rice and stir-fry until the rice is separated. Then pour in the eggs. Don’t finish it. Leave about one egg to make the egg skin later! After beating the eggs, pour in a little soy sauce and stir fry evenly. Remove from the pan and set aside.

6. Heat the pan, pour in a little cooking oil and turn off the heat. Pour the remaining eggs while they are still hot and shake the pan left and right to fry a thin egg skin, as shown in the picture.

7. Then put the fried rice on the side of the egg skin.

8. Turn the other half over and fry the egg skin on both sides over medium heat until cooked. Remove from the pan and serve.
