How to make steamed cake with unleavened dough

8. Add water to the steamer and bring it to a boil. Cover it with a steaming cloth and put the cake in.

9. One pancake is cooked in about two minutes, then make the second one. You don’t need to take out the first pancake, just put it on top. When you see big bubbles on the pancake, put it on top.

10. Put all the cakes on top one by one, steam them for another two minutes on high heat, and then take out the cakes.

11. Peel them off one by one, and put them on your hands to see your fingers, which are as thin as a cicada's wing.
