How to make fried noodles with two section seeds

1. Prepare the ingredients. I made it for one person, so the ingredients are relatively small.

2. Cut the noodles into pieces about 5 to 10 cm long

3. When the water is boiling, add a few drops of oil into the pot, add the noodles, and cook for about 3 minutes until they are almost cooked.

4. Pour into a basin of cold water, rinse and set aside.

5. Vegetarian ingredients: cut green vegetables into sections, onions, green peppers into pieces, tomatoes into cubes, and eggs into pieces for later use

6. Heat the pan and add cold oil to fry the eggs. Set aside after the eggs are fried.

7. Heat up some oil in a pan, add dried chilies and onions and sauté until fragrant.

9. Pour in green peppers and tomatoes and fry until the tomatoes are juiced.

10. Pour in green vegetables, bean sprouts, add appropriate amount of salt, five-spice powder, a little soy sauce and stir-fry slightly.

11. Finally, add the eggs and pour in the noodles that have been rinsed with cold water. Stir-fry until the noodles are colored and then serve.

12. The vegetarian fried noodles are ready.

It's nice to go to a restaurant outside to change your taste occasionally, but it's best not to go there too often. The recipe of Erjiezi vegetarian fried noodles is simple, so it doesn't matter if you are not a good cook.
