How to make vegetarian egg box

Egg vegetarian box is a home-cooked dish with a very lifelike flavor. You don’t need to prepare seasonings deliberately to make this dish. Just the basic salt, MSG, soy sauce and vinegar at home can make a delicate dish. The soup of this dish looks even more delicious, making people can’t help but drool.

1. Add warm water to flour and make a dough that is softer than dumpling dough. Let it rest for a while.

2. Chop the cabbage and celery into fine pieces, add a little salt, mix well, squeeze out the water, and put it in a bowl for later use.

3. Squeeze out the water from the vegetable filling, add appropriate amount of salt, sesame oil, cooking oil (oil fried with pepper and aniseed), gluten, chopped green onion, and dried shrimps, mix well and set aside

4. Divide the dough into six equal parts, roll into balls, cut into two, and roll into thin skins of similar size.

5. Take another piece of dough and cover it on the dough with the egg and vegetable filling, and press it firmly around the edges.

7. The smaller the edge of the box, the better. Use the edge of the bowl to pierce the excess edge, and then compact the remaining edge again.

8. Gently lift the box and place it in the preheated pan, cover it and heat it. You can make the next one at this time. When this one is cooked, the next one will be almost done.

9. The light goes out and the box is mature

10. Remove from the pan, cut into pieces, and serve
