How to make authentic spicy hotpot

1. 12. Then add enoki mushrooms, shiitake mushrooms, black fungus and celery and stir-fry.

13. Then add the baby cabbage and ham and stir-fry for one minute.

14. Then add the lettuce and continue stir-frying.

15. Finally, add peanuts, sprinkle with coriander and prepare to serve.

16. Sprinkle cooked white sesame seeds on the dish before serving! The finished product! It tastes pretty good!
