How to make cabbage dumplings

People cannot live without food, clothing, housing and transportation every day, which are the most basic things, especially "food", which is related to human life and death. To do well in the "food" aspect, you'd better learn to cook each dish by yourself. So, let me introduce to you how to make cabbage dumplings.

1. Continue to chop the meat filling until it becomes sticky, put it in a bowl, add cooking wine, soy sauce, sesame oil, and pepper powder and mix well, add water in small amounts in batches to adjust the viscosity of the meat filling.

2.1 Mix flour, water and salt together until they become a lump, then knead them into dough with your hands and place them in a bowl with sugar for 20 minutes. Put the fillings from step 1 and 2 together, add salt and peanut oil and mix well.

3.2 Chop the cabbage and mushrooms separately and place them on a plate for later use.

4. Knead the dough evenly and roll it into strips. Use a knife to divide it into small pieces of the same size. Roll them into dumpling wrappers that are thick in the middle and thin on both sides. Wrap appropriate amount of stuffing and pinch them tightly.

5. Add water to the pot and bring it to a boil. Put in the dumplings. After the water boils, add half a bowl of cold water. Repeat this procedure 3 times. Turn off the heat after the last boil.
