How to make rose dumplings

Cooking is a very happy thing. You can enjoy the delicious food you make yourself. Rose dumplings are a simple home-cooked delicacy that does not require high cooking skills. When making this dish, you only need to prepare simple seasonings. When it comes out of the pot, you will smell a strong aroma of the vegetable, which will make you salivate.

1. Prepare all ingredients

2. Chop the tenderloin, cabbage, carrots, and onions

3. Grab it into a paste with your hands

4. Add appropriate amount of salt, chicken essence, light soy sauce, balsamic vinegar, pepper, a spoonful of cornstarch and a spoonful of olive oil.

5. Sprinkle a layer of flour on the chopping board and place 4 dumpling wrappers on it (as shown in the picture)

6. Place the filling in a straight line in the middle of the dumpling skin

7. Fold in half

8. Roll it up again

9. Prepared Rose Dumplings

10. Place them on a plate and wait for steaming.

11. Apply a layer of oil on the steamer partition, put the prepared rose dumplings in, cover the pot and steam for 20 minutes.
