How to make rock candied duck

Candied duck is a very common home-cooked dish. After a busy work day, you can go home and have a dish like this to relax yourself. This dish has high nutritional value, is healthy and nutritious, and is suitable for people of different ages. Moreover, the color of this dish makes it look very appetizing.

1. Put the ginger slices and rock sugar on a plate for later use.

2. Main ingredient: duck

3. Add water to the pot, put the duck in, pour in cooking wine, cover the pot, and blanch it over high heat.

4. As shown in the picture, this is a duck that has been blanched in water

5. Use a flat frying pan, heat the pan with cold oil and fry the duck on both sides.

6. Pour enough boiling water, add soy sauce, dark soy sauce, rock sugar, ginger slices, cover the pot and simmer over low heat for 1 hour

7. After one hour, add salt, pepper and five-spice powder

8. Turn over and continue to simmer for another hour

9. After an hour, turn the duck over with the skin side facing up and cook over high heat to reduce the sauce. Look at the picture. This is the duck after the sauce has been reduced. Add some chicken essence to enhance the flavor before serving and turn off the heat.

10. Put the product on a plate. Then chop it into small pieces when eating (the size of mine was uneven, so I didn’t take a picture)
