Then pour in broth or boiling water. If there is no broth, boiling water can be used instead! 13. Now pour in the tofu and cook for seven or eight minutes, then pour in the fried minced meat and cook for another two minutes, then add the adjusted cornstarch water, cook for a while, and let it absorb the flavor. Remember not to add salt because the seasoning is enough! 14. After cooking, pour it into a large plate with Chinese cabbage and enoki mushrooms, sprinkle with small red pepper and chopped green onion, put two corianders on top, and drop a few drops of peanut oil! 15.
