How to make yogurt cake (6 inches)

1. Melt the butter into liquid form over hot water (you can use corn oil or vegetable oil instead of butter)

2. Pour the yogurt into the butter and stir evenly with a manual egg beater (the flavor of the yogurt can be selected according to personal preference)

3. Separate the egg whites from the yolks, add the egg yolks to the yogurt and butter mixture, and place the egg whites in a slightly larger bowl without water or oil.

4. Sift in low flour and corn starch, stir evenly until there are no particles and it is smooth.

5. Put the mixed batter into the refrigerator, then start beating the egg whites, add tartar powder (if there is no powder, add a few drops of white vinegar), and beat until it is in the shape of fish-eye bubbles, then add 1/3 of sugar; when the egg whites are beaten to a very fine state of foam, add 1/3 of sugar; when the egg whites can be beaten to the surface with lines, add the remaining 1/3 of egg whites; continue beating until wet foam is formed, then it is done. Lift the whisk and pull up a sharp corner, which is slightly bent, that is, wet foaming

6. Add one-third of the beaten egg white to the egg yolk mixture and stir evenly, then pour all of it into the egg white and mix evenly. After pouring into the mold, gently shake out the large bubbles

7. Put it in a preheated oven at 150 degrees and bake in a water bath for about 40-50 minutes.
