Shandong is a place with many delicious foods. Shandong tofu rolls are one of the more famous ones. They taste great and are very nutritious. So how to make Shandong tofu rolls? Material:

5 pieces of old tofu, half a pound of minced meat, 3 handfuls of vermicelli, some chopped coriander, 2 tablespoons of chopped green onion, 1 tablespoon of chopped ginger, 2 teaspoons of salt, 1 tablespoon of wine, half a tablespoon of white pepper, 3 tablespoons of sesame oil, 1 pound of flour, and 1 bowl of hot water.

1: Add a bowl of boiling water to one pound of flour. First, slowly add hot water to mix the flour. Then add cold water. Knead it into dough and cover it with a wet towel. Let it rest for 30 minutes. Then knead the dough repeatedly until it is smooth. Cut it into small pieces, roll it into long strips, cut it into small pieces, flatten it and roll it into dough sheets~~

2: Soak the vermicelli in water until soft, then chop or cut into small pieces. Add the marinade to the meat and mix well. Add the crushed tofu, vermicelli and chopped coriander, mix well and set aside.

3: Spread the filling evenly on the dough, roll it up from the edge, pinch both sides together, and cut off any irregular dough.

4: After rolling into strips, put them into the steamer and steam them on high heat for 10-15 minutes (depending on the size of the tofu rolls)

5: Sprinkle cold water on the meat after steaming. Let it cool down a little before cutting into small pieces. It is very delicious with some mashed garlic, chili and soy sauce.
