In life, there are more light foods, including porridge, soups and vegetables. The key is to avoid eating greasy food, use less oil when cooking, and choose lean meat when buying meat. Light heat-removing soup

Ingredients: 200g clams, 1 piece of tofu,

Seasoning: 1/2 piece of ginger, appropriate amounts of green onions, salt and pepper.

1. Wash the clams (use water to keep them clean), a piece of tender tofu (use salt water to soak for 3-5 minutes and then cut into dices), wash and cut the ginger slices, chopped green onions and scallions and set aside;

2. Heat a pot, add water and ginger slices, and when the water is half boiled, throw the clams into the pot;

3. Add tofu after boiling and cook for 1 minute. Add cooking wine, pepper and salt to season. Sprinkle with chopped green onions when serving.

Light Homemade Shrimp and Luffa Soup

Ingredients: 1/2 loofah (cut into pieces), 1 green onion (cut into sections), 1/2 old ginger (sliced), a little dried shrimp, 2 large bowls of water, 1 teaspoon of salt, and pepper to taste

1 Wash and cut the above ingredients and set aside, then you can start cooking!

2 After heating the pan, pour in a little olive oil.

3 Add scallion/ginger/dried shrimp and stir-fry over low heat until fragrant.

4Add a little salt to season and continue stir-frying.

5 Then add the loofah and stir-fry over medium heat.

6 Fry the loofah until it becomes soft and then take it out.

7Put the stir-fried ingredients into the soup pot and add two large bowls of water.

8 Cover the pot and simmer over low heat until the water boils. (You can add some pepper to taste before serving)

9A quick and easy soup dish that can be prepared and served in just a few minutes!
