How to make beef and vegetable stewed noodles

1. Prepare the necessary ingredients. You can increase or decrease the amount according to your personal taste, or replace them with other seasonal vegetables.

2. Cook the noodles until they are 60% cooked, remove them from the water and place them in cold water for later use.

3. Put oil and pepper powder in the pot and stir-fry the chopped green onion, ginger and garlic until fragrant. Add potatoes, beef, carrots and other ingredients that are relatively difficult to cook, and stir-fry for about three minutes.
