2. Korean Dumpling Soup

Ingredients: minced pork, zucchini, tomatoes, sugar, cooking wine, seaweed

  1. Put the potatoes into a pot, add water and cook until done, peel them, mash them and let them cool; grate the zucchini, sprinkle a little salt on it and squeeze out the water;

  2. Add a little salt, cooking wine, soy sauce, sugar and water to the minced pork and stir well. Add mashed potatoes, zucchini and 1 spoon of cooking oil and mix well to make dumpling filling.

  3. Wrap the dumplings and put them in the pot

  4. Take out the cooked dumplings, put them into the prepared broth, add chopped green onions and seaweed.

3. Sour soup dumplings minimalist version

Ingredients: green garlic, aged vinegar, fresh soy sauce, chili oil

  1. Cut the green garlic into strips and finely chop it. Put all the seasonings except the dumplings into a bowl.

  2. When the dumplings are cooked, pour the dumpling soup into the seasoning bowl first, then put the dumplings into the soup!

  3. Add a spoonful of chili oil! Sprinkle with cilantro and finish! Must eat with soup and dumplings! If you like sour taste, add vinegar; if you like strong taste, add fresh soy sauce; if you like spicy taste, add a spoonful of chili.
