How to make colorful flower rolls

After a busy day, coming home and cooking a delicious meal is a way of compensating yourself, and a sense of happiness will gradually arise. The method of making colorful big flower rolls is not complicated. You only need to wash the ingredients and cut them simply. It is also very important to control the heat for this dish. It only takes a few minutes to turn off the heat and serve.

1. Steam the pumpkin and purple sweet potato, squeeze the spinach juice, mix the dry yeast with warm water below 40℃, and set aside the red yeast powder

2. Use four colors of ingredients to mix the flour into four colors of dough, cover with plastic wrap and sugar for half an hour

3. Roll the sugared dough into four pieces of different shapes and sizes, match the colors according to your preference, stack them together, and brush a little water on each piece.

4. Roll the folded dough into a roll

5. Use a knife to cut off both ends and divide into eight equal parts (it must be an even number)

6. Dip the cut dough in flour twice and set aside

7. Take two doughs and roll them into round pieces of the same size. Brush them with salad oil and sprinkle a little salt and pepper (cover the other doughs with plastic wrap to prevent them from drying out)

8. Fold in half first, then fold in half to 1/4 size

9. Fold the two doughs together and cut them into three pieces.

12. Keep the two chopsticks 2 cm apart and press down

13. When you reach the bottom, move the two chopsticks inward, leaving a distance of 1 cm.

14. Turn the pressed flower roll sideways and press it down in the same way.

15. After reaching the bottom, turn inward (it’s time to witness the miracle, it’s blooming)

16. Put the prepared flower rolls on a plate and cover with plastic wrap. Let the sugar ferment for about 30 minutes. Put it in boiling water. Turn off the heat after 10 minutes of boiling. Let it simmer for 2 minutes before opening the lid.

17. Take out the steamed flower rolls and start eating.
