Coconut Milk Cake

Ingredients: 1 can of coconut milk, 250 ml of milk, 200 ml of water, half a bowl of sugar, 40 grams of gelatin powder

1. Put sugar and water in a pot and cook until the sugar is completely dissolved.

2. Pour milk and coconut milk into the sugar water and bring to a boil.

3. After the contents of the pot boil, turn down the heat and slowly add the gelatin powder, stirring while adding.

4. After the gelatin powder is completely melted, turn off the heat, pour it into a container and let it cool, then put it in the refrigerator.

5. After a few hours of refrigeration, the coconut milk cake is ready. Finally, cut it into pieces and sprinkle with coconut flakes.

Ingredients: 200ml water, 200ml coconut milk, 250ml pure milk, 60g white sugar, 25g gelatin powder, appropriate amount of coconut flakes

1. Pour gelatin powder into clean water and mix, stirring gently to allow it to absorb water.

2. Pour coconut milk, milk and sugar into the hot milk pot, stir well, and simmer until the sugar melts. Turn off the heat when it is about to boil.

3. Add gelatin to the coconut milk and stir until the gelatin is fully dissolved.

4. Sieve the coconut milk into the mold

5. After cooling, refrigerate for about 3 hours until solidified

6. Take out the slices and sprinkle with shredded coconut. Tip: With this amount of gelatin, the coconut milk cake will have a soft pudding texture. If you like a chewier texture, increase the amount of gelatin appropriately (try 40g next time).
