Chicken burger bun recipe

As competition becomes increasingly fierce, more and more people are working overtime, and they just eat whatever they want as a meal. In fact, the method of making chicken burger buns is simple, and you might as well make it at home even if you have little time.

1. Mix all bread ingredients except butter and black sesame, and knead until a thin film can be formed.

2. Add butter and knead until it expands. Roll it into a ball and ferment it at room temperature until it doubles in size.

3. Divide into eight portions, roll into balls and relax for 20 minutes

4. Shape into olives and place in a baking tray to ferment until twice as large. Spray a little water on the surface and sprinkle with black sesame seeds (press lightly)

5. Preheat the oven to 190 degrees and bake for about 23 minutes. Cover with tin foil after coloring

6. After cooling, cut it in the middle but don't cut it off. Stuff it with lettuce leaves and smoked chicken (or any meat you like), squeeze on ketchup (or salad dressing) and enjoy.
