How to make hamburger buns

3. Add warm water at about 40℃ to the flour and mix well. , add eggs and oil and mix well.

4. Sprinkle dry powder on the table and put some dry powder on your hands. Knead the dough on the table for about 20 minutes and check the glove film.

5. Apply oil to the kneaded dough and also apply oil to the bowl. Put the dough into the bowl and let it rise until it is twice as large.

6. If the dough does not fall out when you insert your finger into it, it is well-fermented.

7. Take out the fermented dough, flatten it to release air, and shape it into a rectangle.

8. Use a scraper to divide it into 16 equal parts. Use your thumb to lift the corners of the dough and press it upward into a round shape.

9. Then turn it over and hold it in your palm and spin it in a circle.

10. After finishing, put it in the baking tray to rise for 20 minutes, brush with egg liquid and sprinkle with sesame seeds.

11. Preheat the oven to 180℃ for 5-10 minutes, and bake in the oven for about 15 minutes.

12. Determine the time and temperature according to your own oven and take it out of the oven.
