Italian pasta (simplified version)

Although we can eat some delicious food when eating out, we should know that these things may not be so delicious in themselves, but because they are added with excessive seasonings. Pasta (simple version) is simple to make. If you don’t want to eat too much seasoning, you might as well learn to make it at home.

1. Boil the pasta in cold water until it can be easily broken with fingers; continue to soak in the pot for a while, then remove from the pot, drain and place on a plate. (You can prepare the sauce and toppings while the pasta is cooking)

2. Blanch the broccoli and set aside

3. Wash the basil and cut it into thin strips for later use

4. Cut the lean meat into small pieces and set aside

5. Peel and chop the tomatoes and set aside

6. One spoon of peanut butter, dilute with appropriate amount of hot water for later use

7. Add a little oil to the pan, add chopped tomatoes and a spoonful of mushroom rice sauce; bring to a boil over medium-low heat.

8. As shown in the picture; when the tomatoes are cooked to this state, add 1.5 spoons of broth or boiling water

9. Pour in peanut butter and lean meat as shown in the picture

10. Add a little salt and soy sauce, stir evenly and cook.

11. Cook for about 5 minutes and add a little pepper (stir properly during cooking to prevent the bottom from getting sticky)

12. Place the fruits you like as shown in the picture and serve.
