Ingredients: pea flour (200g), cold water (1400ml), aged vinegar (2 spoons), Kikkoman soy sauce (3 spoons), chili oil (salt-free) (1 spoon), Lao Gan Ma black bean sauce (1 spoon), pepper oil (half spoon), sugar (half spoon), garlic (2 cloves), shallot (1 stalk), roasted peanuts (optional), cooked white sesame seeds (optional), cucumber (100g). 2. Step 1. Prepare two portions of water, 400 ml in the left bowl and 1000 ml in the right pot (the pot is replaced with a larger one in the operation below) 2.
