Put some oil in a wider frying pan and put the pie in when the oil is hot. If you feel that the pie is not big enough, you can continue to turn the pie with your fingers and flatten it after putting it in the pan. When both sides are golden brown, the meat filling is ready to eat. 2. Leavened pie Ingredients: 500g flour, 400g pork filling, half a cabbage, 320g water, 3g yeast, green onion, soy sauce, salt, pepper, minced ginger, 1 teaspoon sesame oil practice 1. Dissolve yeast in water, add flour and knead into a very soft dough. Cover with plastic wrap and let it rise in a warm place until it doubles in size. 2. While the dough is rising, add soy sauce, salt, black pepper, steamed bun seasoning, and minced ginger to the meat filling. Stir in one direction and add a small amount of water to make the filling soft and juicy. Finally, add chopped green onions, chopped cabbage, and sesame oil and mix well for later use. 3. Knead the dough evenly, roll it into long strips, and cut it into even-sized pieces. 4. Take a portion and flatten it into a thin dough with thick center. 5. Wrap the filling like a bun, close the top downwards, and flatten it. 6. Let the sugar rise at room temperature for 10 minutes, brush a little water on the cake and sprinkle with white sesame seeds. Rub a little oil in the electric baking pan, put the meat patties in, cover and fry until both sides are golden brown. 3. Hot dough pie Ingredients: flour, chives, eggs, oil, salt practice 1. Chop the chives, put them in a large bowl, add a teaspoon of salt, mix well, and marinate for half an hour to let the water release. 2. Beat five to six eggs with a little salt. 3. Pour more oil into the pan, at least twice as much as you normally would when frying a dish. 4. When the oil is 50% hot, turn to medium heat; then pour in the beaten egg liquid, stirring in circles with chopsticks while pouring, so that the egg liquid becomes loose egg crumbs. 5. Pour out the excess juice from the salted leeks, add the chopped eggs and mix well again. Become leek and egg filling. 6. Use relatively hot water to knead the dough (the temperature should be slightly hot to the touch). After kneading the dough, divide it into several small doughs, sprinkle a little dry flour on them, and roll them into thin dough skins. 7. Put the leek and egg filling in the middle of the dough, close the dough as you would wrap dumplings, pinch off the excess part on the top, place the seam downward, and press it flat slightly (just press it lightly, don't press too hard to prevent the filling from running out). 8. Heat a frying pan, pour a little peanut oil, put in the patties, add a small cup of water or broth, cover with a lid, and fry over medium heat until both sides are golden brown. |
