How to make stewed vegetables and baked bread

It is very simple to make stewed vegetable baked bread. The main ingredients are ginger, fruit and pepper. It is especially suitable for office workers and is easy to make. Many girls don’t like to cook, so making this dish can save many steps. It is also very healthy and nutritious. Eating it often in daily life can make us healthier and stronger.

1. Chop all the vegetables into pieces, chop the garlic into small pieces, and cut the bread into pieces! Because I only have half an hour to make breakfast, I always prepare it before going to bed at night and put it in a fresh-keeping box and refrigerator, so I can use it directly the next day!

2. Add oil to the pan, and add garlic, onion, carrot, eggplant and bell pepper in turn and stir-fry!

3. Then add tomato sauce and stir-fry (I used pasta sauce), add appropriate amount of water and boil! Cook for about three minutes!

4. Remove from the heat and place in a baking dish. Insert the bread cubes evenly into the dish. Place the tuna in the gaps of the bread. Place in the oven and bake at 200 degrees for 15 minutes until the bread is golden brown.

5. Take it out with heat-insulating gloves, cool it down and serve it on a plate!
