How to make vegetable and pork noodles

1. Prepare the ingredients. Blanch the broccoli and spinach in water and cut into small pieces. Cut the lean meat into shreds. Cut the cherry tomatoes in half and chop the green onions.

2. Heat a proper amount of oil in a pan, then add the shredded pork and stir-fry until cooked.

3. Add light soy sauce and cooking wine and stir well.

4. Add tomatoes and a small amount of chopped green onions and stir-fry evenly.

5. Pour in clean water, about two small bowls.

6. After the water boils, add the noodles and stir slowly with chopsticks.

7. After the noodles are cooked, add spinach, broccoli and remaining chopped green onions, then add salt and chicken essence to season.
