How to make pork and mushroom dumplings

Whether a woman can cook is an important criterion for measuring whether she is virtuous. The method of making pork and mushroom dumplings is actually very simple, which can help women become virtuous.

1. Prepare the necessary ingredients, wash and drain.

2. Chop all ingredients separately and set aside.

3. Take a larger container, put in the pork filling, then add minced ginger, light soy sauce, oyster sauce, thirteen spices, salt, and appropriate amount of cooking oil into the bowl.

4. Use chopsticks to stir the meat filling in one direction.

5. Then add chopped carrots, mushrooms and chopped green onions and mix well.

6. Prepare the dumpling skins and start making dumplings (buy ready-made dumpling skins) and prepare a small bowl of water.

7. Take a piece of dumpling skin, put the filling in the middle, try to keep the filling in the middle. (If the dumpling skin is too dry, gently apply water around it to make it easier to stick)

8. As shown in the picture, pinch the middle first.

9. As shown in the picture, fold three pleats on the right and pinch it.

10. As shown in the picture: Follow the method on the left side to make a dumpling.

11. Follow the previous steps to make all the dumplings.

12. Take a steamer, add appropriate amount of water, put the dumplings into the pot, and leave some space around each dumpling.

13. Cover the pot and turn on high heat. Steam for ten minutes after steam comes up.

14. The finished product can be eaten directly or with your favorite dipping sauce.
