10. After relaxing for ten minutes, repeat steps 7-9 again. Fold the puff pastry again. When relaxing, cover the dough with plastic wrap to prevent moisture from evaporating. .

11. After folding the dough twice, roll it into a round piece, wrap the middle with rose jam, and then tighten the opening. .

12. Fold the dough down and place it on the baking tray, and use the strength of your palm to press the dough into a pancake. Place the baking tray in the middle of the oven and bake at 180 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
