How to make celery and meat dumplings

Cooking seems complicated, but in fact, once you learn it, everything will become very simple. What's more, many dishes are simple in themselves. For example, celery and fresh meat dumplings are simple to make and taste very good.

1. Prepare the ingredients shown in the picture. Wash meat, celery, ginger and onion.

2. Wash the cabbage and eggs.

3. Peel the meat and chop it together with ginger.

4. Take a larger container, add sesame oil, light soy sauce (one tablespoon), salt (half a teaspoon), cooking wine (half a tablespoon), pepper, and eggs, then stir thoroughly.

5. Add 3 tablespoons of water in three times, stir vigorously in one direction, and let stand for 15 minutes.

6. Bring water to a boil in a pot, add a few drops of oil, put in the celery and blanch it quickly (within one minute).

7. Take out the celery, drain the water, squeeze out the excess water, chop it into pieces, and chop the green onion.

8. Add chopped celery, half a tablespoon of oil, dark soy sauce, and chopped green onion (leave a little for later use) to the meat filling and stir in one direction.

9. Pour into a clean bowl.

10. Prepare the dumpling wrappers.

11. Prepare half a bowl of water and a pair of chopsticks.

12. Put the stuffing in the middle of the dumpling skin, dip the chopsticks in water and place them on the edge of the dumpling skin (semicircle).

13. Use your hands to fold the two corners inward and pinch them tightly.

14. Dip the chopsticks in water and apply the water to the areas where the chopsticks are pointing (on both sides).

15. Just clench your hands.

17. Bring water to a boil in a pot, add a little salt, then put the dumplings in and cook.

18. Take a larger bowl, put in sesame oil, light soy sauce, balsamic vinegar, chicken essence, a little pepper, chopped green onion, add appropriate amount of boiled dumpling soup, and mix well.

19. When the dumplings are almost cooked, add the cabbage and cook together.

20. Pour into a bowl, add a little soup, mix well and eat.

The dishes in the restaurant are delicious, but as long as you put your heart into it, you can also make delicious meals yourself. Celery and meat dumplings are simple to make and taste quite good.
