How to make mushroom stewed rice

1. Wash the rice and put it in slightly less water than usual.

2. Dice the pork, king oyster mushrooms, and carrots, and cut the green onions into pieces for later use.

3. Put a little peanut oil in a hot pan, put the fat in the diced pork first, cook on low heat to drain the oil, add the diced pork and stir-fry, then add pepper powder and chopped green onion, add carrots and king oyster mushrooms, add appropriate amount of salt and a little seafood soy sauce, stir-fry for a while and turn off the heat.

4. Put the fried vegetables into the rice cooker and mix well. Cover the pot and simmer the rice as usual. Since the king oyster mushrooms have released water, there is no need to add water. Of course, if you like to eat softer rice, you can just add the same amount of water as usual.

5. After the rice is cooked, leave it for ten minutes before opening the pot and stirring it.

6. Put the cooked rice into a small bowl and place it upside down on a plate. The easy, time-saving and nutritious rice is ready.

7. You don’t have to cook anymore. Both children and adults will like it.
